The trial of Kulbhushan Jadav: a genuine punishment or Pakistan's another attempt to attack India?

While a statement issued by Pakistan's Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) described Jadhav as a Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW) agent who was arrested during "Counter Intelligence Operation" from Mashkel, Balochistan, India has rejected the allegation and claimed that Jadav is a 1991 commissioned Naval officer who retired in 2013 and was a businessman who "often travelled across the world" before getting arrested.
